Last weekend, my mom treated me to a pedicure. (Can’t thank her enough!) One of my favorite parts of the pedicure is pillaging through the stacks on stacks of past magazine issues. The pedicure was relaxing and rejuvenating, but during it I read an article about Drew Barrymore. I’m a longtime fan.
Who knew she had a makeup line? Not me. Maybe I’m just late to this party.
She created Flower Beauty with the intent to sell high-end cosmetics at low prices. How might she do that without compromising the quality? No advertising. Yep, you read that right. She promotes it. Brilliant, Drew. We all thank you. Where might you find this product line? Walmart! Don’t worry, they carry it online as well.
I haven’t had the pleasure of trying it out, it’s not carried in every Walmart. This week I’ll be hunting one down that carries it. SO excited. If you’d like to see my favorite products from the line, head over to follow or like Whoa, wait. Walmart? on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
Have you tried Flower Beauty yet? If so, what are your favorite pieces from the line?
From a very young age, we learned the value of hunting for good deals on cute things.
I should preface this post by saying I own a (yes, ONE) pair of Lululemon yoga pants. I love them. They feel like heaven. They actually make me happy. I feel like I look like a million damn dollars in them. Having said that, I can’t afford to keep buying them. I don’t have many friends who can afford that amazingly-wonderful luxury.
What I can easily justify is spending $11-$12 on Danskin Now yoga pants. Thank you, Walmart. I own both of these pairs of pants and love wearing them to yoga. I don’t own this top, but how cute is it? For $5.96 I might need to pick it up soon…
